THE EMBODIED BOSS PROGRAM
A group program for women redefining leadership from the inside out. The Embodied Boss is a guided group experience for women in leadership who are ready to lead from a regulated nervous system, embodied authority, and a deeper connection to themselves and others.
This program is for women who are done leading from urgency, over-functioning, or constant self-monitoring - and who know there is a more grounded, alive, and sustainable way to lead.
What this program supports
Inside The Embodied Boss, we focus on:
Nervous system regulation as a core leadership skill
Embodied and feminine authority - defining power on your own terms
Capacity, boundaries, and sustainable leadership rhythms
Joy, aliveness, and connection as essential (not optional) resources
Leading in ways that help others feel safe, supported, and engaged
This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new.
It’s about removing what’s in the way of the leader you already are.
HOW THIS WORK IS DIFFERENT
Most leadership programs focus on strategy, mindset, or performance.
The Embodied Boss works at a different level.
We work with the body - not just the mind - because how you lead is shaped by how safe, resourced, and regulated you feel. From that place, clarity increases, decision-making steadies, and leadership becomes relational rather than reactive.
This is leadership that holds the room without force.
WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR:
This program is a fit if you:
Are in any role of leadership or responsibility — formal or informal
Want to lead with steadiness rather than urgency
Are curious about embodied and feminine leadership
Value reflection, presence, and relational depth
Want community without comparison, hierarchy, or performance
This program isn’t about elitism or exclusivity.
It’s an invitation - a collective shift toward more women leading from grounded, embodied authority, in ways that feel human, sustainable, and real.
