All programs, courses, workshops, memberships, live events, group experiences, digital products, and related materials offered under The Embodied Boss, operated by Somatic Cat LLC, are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare services. Nothing shared in sessions, recordings, written materials, or communications should be considered medical advice, mental-health diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are currently under the care of a physician, therapist, or other healthcare professional, please consult them before beginning any new embodiment, movement, or somatic-based practice.

2. No Professional Relationship

Enrollment in any course or participation in group or 1:1 sessions does not create a therapist–client or medical–patient relationship. You remain solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the program.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that embodiment, somatic, movement, breathwork, and reflective practices may bring up strong physical or emotional sensations.

You agree to move at your own pace, listen to your body, honor your boundaries, and take full responsibility for your participation and results. You release and hold harmless Catherine Celeste Boyko, Somatic Cat LLC (DBA The Embodied Boss), any guest facilitators, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your participation.

You are encouraged to modify or opt out of any practice that feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or not aligned with your physical or emotional capacity. If you experience pain, dizziness, distress, or overwhelm, please pause and seek appropriate professional support.

4. No Guarantees

Every individual’s experience and outcomes will differ. Somatic Cat LLC makes no representations or guarantees regarding specific results, personal growth, healing, or transformation. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own engagement, history, and circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All materials — including videos, audio recordings, written content, exercises, frameworks, and downloads — are owned by or licensed to Somatic Cat LLC.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written permission.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full upon registration unless otherwise stated. Refund and cancellation policies are clearly disclosed on the applicable checkout or sales page for each offering.

By enrolling, you agree to those terms. All payment plans must be completed in full, even if you choose to discontinue participation prior to completion.

7. Access & Technology

While we aim to provide reliable access, Somatic Cat LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to websites, platforms, recordings, or digital content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, internet access, and equipment to participate.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Group sessions may be recorded and shared privately within the program or member portal for that specific offering. Recordings will not be shared publicly or outside the participant container.

All group experiences are considered confidential by community agreement. However, confidentiality in group settings cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Please use discretion in what you choose to share and respect the privacy of others.

9. Community Conduct

Somatic Cat LLC (DBA The Embodied Boss) maintains a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from any offering, without refund, for disruptive, harmful, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior toward facilitators or other participants.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somatic Cat LLC, its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or use of any offerings.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation or use of materials after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acknowledgment

By registering for or participating in any offering provided by The Embodied Boss, operated by Somatic Cat LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and Disclaimer.
