At The Embodied Boss, operated by Somatic Cat LLC, we are committed to creating intentional, high-quality experiences that support personal growth, embodiment, and leadership development. Because our offerings include live experiences, digital materials, and community access, please review this policy carefully before enrolling.
Digital Programs, Courses, Workshops & Group Experiences
We stand behind the quality of The Embodied Boss program and want you to feel confident in your investment.
If within the first 30 days of the program start date you feel this program is not the right fit for you, contact us at cat@embodiedboss.com and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked.
After 30 days, all sales are final. Once you have completed the full program or accessed the majority of the materials, refunds are not available.
We encourage you to review all program details, schedules, and expectations prior to purchasing to ensure the offering aligns with your needs, capacity, and availability.
If an unforeseen circumstance arises after the refund window has passed, you may contact us at cat@embodiedboss.com. At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time credit or transfer to a future offering when feasible. Credits are not guaranteed and are not redeemable for cash.
1:1 Coaching Sessions & Packages
All 1:1 coaching sales are final.
Because coaching sessions reserve dedicated time, preparation, and energetic capacity, refunds are not available once purchased.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice, or canceled outside the rescheduling window, will be forfeited and not rescheduled or refunded.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Memberships and subscription-based offerings renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date. Once a new billing period begins, no refunds are issued for partial participation, unused time, or missed sessions.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving verified emergencies or technical errors (such as accidental duplicate purchases), refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
